Cushendall Development Group encourages the community to get more involved in the area and promote the village.
The main event is the annual Heart of the Glens Festival held in August each year - a week long festival with family events and activities that cater for all ages. This is one of the most successful community festivals in Northern Ireland.
The Heart of the Glens Festival is now in its 18th year and will run from 2nd - 10th August 2008. This years festival includes the Opening Parade with Fancy Dress and 'Stars in your Eyes', a Busking & Food Fest Night, a DALLywood theme night which is based on 'Hollywood' and Ireland's longest 'Waves of Tory'. Come along and join the fun. Programmes available in the local shops.
